ANALYSIS

1. What kind of chair do you prefer?

Hidden meaning : You want your partner (girlfriend/boyfriend ) to:

a. Be together with you always, no matter when or where
b. Be more open with you about himself/herself
c. Take more care of his/her dress and manner
d. Be a little bit more relaxed, calm and composed
e. Do more for you

The message behind the question:

If you choose to sit on certain chair, you are not suspicious of it or distrust it. This is similar to the psychology present in our relationships with the people we like. In other words, the qualities we look for in a chair are similar to the qualities that we look for in a partner.

2. Tomorrow will be Sunday. What are you going to do ?

Hidden meaning: With respect to money:

a. You spend as little as possible.
b. You spend whatever you have.
c. You save for rainy day.
d. You spend carefully. Pennies saved turn into dollars.
e. You are probably a bit stingy.

The message behind the question:

Sunday is a day you are free to use however you want. Having freedom to do whatever you want is like having money to spend however you want. Becoming good at managing your finances is an important step towards independence. What do you think of your money spending habits? A penny for your thoughts...

3. A box lying in the road. What is inside?

Hidden meaning : You think good luck ....

a. Depends on maintaining good relationships with others.
b. Is something you won't attain. You expect only bad luck.
c. Will definitely be yours, someday....
d. Might come your way.
e. Doesn't exist. Reality is built on practicalities.

The message behind the question:

People often attribute unexpected events to good luck or bad luck. When something goes well; it's good luck; when things turn sour, it's bad luck. Your answer reveals what kind of luck (what's inside the box) you think you will have in an unexpected circumstance (the box on the road)

4. What kind of present would you buy for a very closed friend ?

a. You are not able to relate clearly to others. You tend to become lost in clouds of confusion when attempting a task.
b. You are the type of person who assumes that the world revolves around yourself.
c. You tend to think about others' feelings a lot, perhaps because you are so eager to be liked.
d. You care more about world trends and fashions in general than you do about your own, or other people's needs.
e. You have a tendency to overdo things, but basically you value your friendships highly.

The message behind the question:

By stating what kind of gift you would give to a good friend, you are actually revealing how you relate to others. However, it doesn't really matter so much what you give someone - it's the thought the counts. If you care enough to give something, your friend will get the message. The dual acts of giving and receiving are, together, one of the finest pleasures and one of the best forms of communication - that friends share..

5. You want to cross a river, but there is no bridge in sight. What do you do?

Hidden meaning : When it comes to finding a romantic partner you:

a. Will search and search until you find your perfect match.
b. Create opportunities to interact with many people through club activities or a hobby, then select someone you like.
c. Don't have any particular type in mind, but are inclined to look for someone who is likely to say 'Yes' if you ask him/her out.
d. Base your search on information from your friends.
e. Are not too worried about finding someone right away.

The message behind the question :

Your answer to this question reveals the way you tend to search for a boyfriend/girlfriend. Crossing a river is a psychological equivalent of getting out and finding that special someone. In any case, if you don't make an effort to meet people, there's no way any relationships is going to start at all. So, get to it!

Watch Them, Listen To Them, Drool Over Them, 'Wear' Them Too!

T-shirt designing is pretty common these days. Anyone can have the chance to put whatever they'd like to see (and wear) onto a t-shirt. That's a good thing, isn't it? It's one of the many ways we can express ourselves, show what we're passionate about, or simply display our creative side. Well, I've tried to make some and...here they are. These are not necessarily the final design, though. And I have one little favor to ask you.....if you have any suggestions or ideas to make it look better, PLEASE tell. Thanks! Just for the record, I intentionally keep my designs simple yet expressive enough. It's the thoughts that matter the most, right?

Nihon-go No Kiso (=> Basic of Japanese Language)

Ja...I figured some people out there would want to learn a little thing or two on how to say certain words or phrases in Japanese. I'm a self-learner of the language and am still a work in progress. Ganbarimasu yo ne! Let me just point out here that learning Japanese language is WAY different than learning English language. Apparently, most of us, non-Japanese, are already used to the grammar style of English sentence structures that we might find it really hard to learn Japanese language. At first, you might think so but I assure you, that if you keep on learning and referring to reliable sources every now and then, you'll get the hang of it. Bear in mind, though, that it should take quite some time for someone who wasn't born or raised around Japanese speakers to be fluent and confident enough in that language. It takes years of undying effort and tireless practices, especially if you're not in Japan itself. Also remember that learning to speak in Japanese language can be rather easy as time goes by but learning to write or read Japanese characters is one of the most complex things in this world. Let's not think about that now, OK? Take it easy, one at a time.

So, let's get to the business!

Watashi a.k.a ore a.k.a boku (said by males only) = I; me
Anata a.k.a kimi a.k.a omae = You
Hajimemashite = Good to meet you for the first time
Domo = Hi
Konnichiwa = Hello; Good afternoon
Ohayo gozaimasu = Good morning
Konban wa = Good evening
Oyasumi nasai = Good night
Mina = Everyone
O genki desu ka = How are you?
Genki desu = I'm fine
Arigatou gozaimasu a.k.a domo arigatou = Thank you very much
Do itashi mashite = You're welcome
Nan desu ka a.k.a Nani = What is it?
Nani ka = Is anything wrong?
Naze desu ka a.k.a Nande = Why is it so?
Doko desu ka = Where is it?
Sumimasen a.k.a Gomen nasai = Excuse me; Sorry; Forgive me
Wakarimasu = I understand
Wakarimasen = I don't understand
Onegaishimasu = Please; Bother you
Ganbate = Work hard
Gokoun o inorimasu = Good luck!
Kanpai = Cheers!
Yoi ichinichi yo = Have a good day!
Itadakimasu = Thanks for the food (Said right before eating)
Tasukete kudasai = Please help me
Aishiteru = I've fallen in love with you
Daisuki = I like you; I like it

OK, let's stop here for now. I know the list above is not long enough but I'll get back to it some other time, OK? Practise on your own too. Enjoy!

If you have any request for certain words or phrase that you want to be translated from English to Japanese, let me know.

TegoMass Debut Single
Miso Soup (English Version)
Debuted in 2006

Click here to watch the PV in YouTube.
(Credits to YouTube account holder, Marinity. Arigatou!)

Lyrics (English version): -

Just anonther same old day
Picking up the same old food
That dinner from the shelf
I got used to eating alone
Just by myself
But something makes me feel kind of down

Another package arrived with a note
Asking if everything's alright with me
Whenever I call you ask me if I am
Coming home for the New Year Holiday

Miso soupu
I feel your loving
Tender care it's always nice and hot
I'm always a kid
I'll never be matured enough
Never asked for anything
You gave me all the love you had
All the love you gave me mom
Makes me want to see you again

Feel a little cold today
Nothing much better to do
Than just watch TV at home
I got used to being alone
Just by myself
But something makes me feel the loneliness

Still I see you in my, in my mind
With your hand out the door
With the swine, that's so mom
I always wonder if you're doing fine
Maybe this is the year, the year that I should go home

Miso soupu
I still remember
It's in my heart when things are going down
I'll never get lost
You will always hold my hand
Never asked for anything
You were always there for me
Makes me come back to your smile

I'll always be here for you
When you get tired of the life
'Cos life in the city is not everything
Come back home anytime

Miso soupu
I feel your loving
Tender care it's always nice and hot
I'm always a kid
I'll never be matured enough
Never asked for anything
You gave me all the love you had
All the love you gave me mom
Makes me want to see you again
Makes me want to see you again

Here's a picture of TegoMass, a special unit from NEWS. Massu-chan and Tesshi-chan are simply adorable, aren't they? TegoMass, bansai...!!!

My 2nd Edition

I've decided to recreate my blogger account due to some inevitable glitches to the old one. *So sad...* So, let's hope this one will be just fine.

Hmm...when I came think about it, I thought this is it! I've always wanted to be one of those who pretty much dedicate their blogs to their favourite personnel or something like that. Well, I want one too but of course, I won't limit it to the things I like or am into only. Speaking of which, let me just briefly state what the "things" I'm into currently. * synical grin* I'm going to be a little bias here and focus A LOT more on a particular topic, namely entertainment...JPop entertainment...specifically Johnny Jimusho (BTW jimusho = entertainment)... ^_^

1) Arashi

From left: Matsumoto Jun, Ninomiya Kazunari, Aiba Masaki, Sakurai Sho, Ohno Satoshi

Why I love them:
- They're always adorably dorky in their TV appearances, whether they plan to be so or not.
- They're very talented in singing, dancing, and acting . (Woah! A triple threat!)
- This group has been together for 10 amazing years since they officially debuted. But they've been recruited into Johnny's agency way before that.
- They can be randomly whacky yet amusing in some of their music videos (Note: Kotoba Yori Taisetsu Na Mono, Naisu Na Kokoroiri, Hadashi No Mirai, Happiness etc.)
- In some videos, they look SUPER cool and charming. (Note: Love So Sweet, Hero, Truth, Kaze No Mukou E etc.)
- My personal favourite: Sakurai Sho-san #_#

2) KAT-TUN

From top left: Akanishi Jin, Tanaka Koki, Taguchi Junnosuke, Nakamaru Yuichi, Kamenashi Kazuya, Ueda Tatsuya

Why I love them:
- Just their group name, KAT-TUN, carries the meaning that all six of them are truly the members of it. FYI, KAT-TUN is the acronym of their respective surnames (K - Kamenashi, A - Akanishi, T - Taguchi, T - Tanaka, U - Ueda, N - Nakamaru).
- They also sing, dance, and act VERY well. Or at least to some people, just watching them at their movies or dramas is a rewarding pleasure itself.
- They've got some really meaningful songs that they've pulled of well. (Note: Precious One, Never Again, White Christmas...)
- All six of them complement each other with their distinctive personalities and attitude.
- My personal favourite: Ueda Tatsuya-san *_*

3) NEWS

From left: Kato Shigeaki, Masuda Takahisa, Nishikido Ryo, Yamashita Tomohisa, Tegoshi Yuya, Koyama Keiichiro

Why I love them:
- All of them have grown a lot after their one-year hiatus in 2006. Their comeback showed their maturity in aspects covering their singing, dancing, actions and looks.
- Their voices seem to be very addictive. When you listen to one song by them, you'll feel like wanting more. Unless, of course, you don't like JPop at all.
- Watching them all fooling around and messing with each other in their videos is purely mesmerising. They're all little kids at heart, you know.
- Their special unit named Tegomass, consisting of Tegoshi Yuya and Masuda Takahisa, is also amazing. Doing Miso Soup in English version was a genius thing to do. It made them recognised even more internationally.
- What's not to love about these hot cuties?
- My personal favourite: Masuda Takahisa-san @_@

So, if you have any comment on any of them or you just want to voice out something, feel free OK.

Johnny Jimusho itsumademo...!!! Yosh!

See ya in another post soon! Ja na...
