Ja...I'm done packing. Will only bring one luggage containing only my clothes. Thinking of bringing the flat iron along. It can still fit. I'll pack that tomorrow...or today..together with my other stuff. Enjoying Arashi's videos and songs. Chooooo daisuki daiyo!
May we have a pleasant journey and good times. See you soon!

A Few Days Break
Yatta! I just got back from my last class for this week. The next class will be on the coming Monday. Now I can breathe more peacefully. Just a few no-class days. But there will still be a blood bank seminar next week. I tell you this...our group is going to ROCK IT!!! The proper way, of course. Dakara...ganbaru yo ne, minna! Yosh!
Sent Reb to the airport just now. The 2 PM class was like a party-pooper. Last minute change. Anyway..way over now. Need a little nap. Then my notes need to be re-organised. Exam is coming again.

Don't Have Too Much Fun Till I Get There
I'm back from sending my family off at the airport. I'll be joining them with grandma this Thursday. I've got my pocket money and the car all to myself but my destination after that was nowhere else but home. Straight home! How ironic! Assignment, lab report and seminar presentation are waiting to be completed. And I'll be having classes tomorrow. What the...?!! right? Anyway, I think I should make a list of Christmas gifts that I plan to buy for my family and friends. Once I have the list, I can go on and search for the stuff in the nick of the time. It might be the quickest shopping trip I'll ever make. Hopefully!
Now, enjoy the making of Arashi's My Girl PV in these videos. ;)

Facebook Games That I Play
I honestly don't play online games so often anymore. Maybe it's due to my business or tiredness after long days of classes or work. But once I play, I'll usually be so into the game that it might need some time and willpower for me to stop. It's important to play games sometimes, you know.
So here are the games in Facebook that I actually play:

You can add me on Facebook and join in the fun. See ya!

I Can Be Soooo Devilish >o<
I'm supposed to be handing some printed certificates to a friend who's in charge on something co-curriculum-related. I've been informed and am aware of it days ago. The thing that I need to do is just to type and print out names of my previous committee members. I've been procrastinating (intentionally AND eventually unintentionally) 'cos it's a simple thing to do. It's due today, BTW. So.....go figure! I haven't got it done! *bowing apologetically* There are two reasons for that. One, my file containing all the related documents is in my dormitory room (and I'm at home now). Two, I haven't bought the certificate paper yet. They're on their way, though, 'cos I've told my mom to buy them for me. It took me quite a while to realise that I won't be able to get it done without those things. Sumimasen! Sometimes I experience a hangover-like symptom that keeps me blurry with what's happening around me. I'll get it done soon. Today! After class just now, I sort of rushed out of the faculty building and drove back home so that I wouldn't bump into anyone that would ask about it. *evil laugh*
Rudolph, the Red-Nose Reindeer in Japanese
English (Original):
Japanese:
Rudolph, the red-nosed reindeer had a very shiny nose; |
And, if you ever saw it you would even say it glows. |
All of the other reindeer used to laugh and call him names |
They never let poor Rudolph join in any reindeer games. |
The one foggy Christmas Eve Santa came to say, |
"Rudolph, with your nose so bright, Won't you guide my sleigh tonight?" |
Then how the reindeer loved him as they shouted out with glee, |
"Rudolph, the red-nosed reindeer you'll go down in history!" |

Stop Disconnecting, Please..

Back from Blood Bank visit this morning. Man, it was hot! It's a rare chance for us not to have class at any day, especially at the middle of the week. It's clinical session this time, so groups are scheduled for visits at different days and times. Ours is done! Now, need to gather info for seminar presentation. Our PBL group's topic is Cord Blood Bank. So, PBL-mates, ganbate kudasai! I haven't searched for materials to know what it is all about but it has something to do with blood transfusion during delivery. Or something...? Oh well...we'll see. And I mustn't forget to do lab reports on the previous practical sessions that we've done. To tell you the truth, I never like doing lab reports. There were times that I didn't hate doing it but I never like it. Huhu...
I'm a little irritated right now by the internet connection. I've been downloading some albums and singles but for these couple of days, it hasn't been successful. Connection timeout...connection reset...bla bla bla. Sabar, Pris. Rilek. I'll get it done someday.
BTW, my blood group's AB Rh (+). ;) Same as Aiba-san's, right?
And remember, blood is precious. Every drop counts and please feel free to donate your blood. It's a very noble thing to do. "1 donation can save 3 lives."
Ja...mata ne!

If Only My Christmas Wishlist Could Really Come True

Let's pretend that I get this once-in-a-blue-moon chance to get whatever I want for Christmas this year. ^^ I know it would only happen in my dreams whatsoever but let's pretend, K? These would be the things that I'd ask for.
Disclaimer: The following content of this post is an all-pretend thingy. Please do not take it too seriously. Reader's discretion is advised. Thank you! xD
#####
- Play Station Portable with pink casing
- Nokia 7705 Twist @.@
- giant poster(s) of Arashi
- JDorama DVD starring any of Johnny's
- my own drum set
- a lucky charm pendant
- a cute blouse or cute pair of pants
- a two-way flight ticket to Tokyo for at least a one-week vacation
- my own young S-rank butler (influenced by Mei-chan no Shitsuji)
- a stunning, sweet, smart, yet silly guy friend (OMG I just described Sakurai Sho!)
#####
Well, that's about it for now. I'll see if I can think of something more. Happy holidays, you all! Not that I (and my other course mates) have holidays. Ah...suck it up, right?! Blood bank visit at the hospital tomorrow.
'Cos I Can't Help It if You Look Like an Angel

In here, Stephen is the representation of someone you admire. My "Stephen" would be.....
---
Hey Stephen, I know looks can be deceiving
But I know I saw a light in you
And as we walked we were talking
I didn't say half the things I wanted to
Of all the girls tossing rocks at your window
I'll be the one waiting there even when it's cold
Hey Stephen, boy, you might have me believing
I don't always have to be alone
'Cause I can't help it if you look like an angel
Can't help it if I wanna kiss you in the rain so
Come feel this magic I've been feeling since I met you
Can't help it if there's no one else
Mmm, I can't help myself
Hey Stephen, I've been holding back this feeling
So I got some things to say to you
I've seen it all, so I thought
But I never seen nobody shine the way you do
The way you walk, way you talk, way you say my name
It's beautiful, wonderful, don't you ever change
Hey Stephen, why are people always leaving?
I think you and I should stay the same
'Cause I can't help it if you look like an angel
Can't help it if I wanna kiss you in the rain so
Come feel this magic I've been feeling since I met you
Can't help it if there's no one else
Mmm, I can't help myself
They're dimming the street lights, you're perfect for me
Why aren't you here tonight?
I'm waiting alone now, so come on and come out
And pull me near and shine, shine, shine
Hey Stephen, I could give you fifty reasons
Why I should be the one you choose
All those other girls, well, they're beautiful
But would they write a song for you?
I can't help it if you look like an angel
Can't help it if I wanna kiss you in the rain so
Come feel this magic I've been feeling since I met you
Can't help it if there's no one else
Mmm, I can't help myself
If you look like an angel
Can't help it if I wanna kiss you in the rain so
Come feel this magic I've been feeling since I met you
Can't help it if there's no one else
Mmm, I can't help myself
Myself
Can't help myself
I can't help myself

P/S: I'm posting this lyrics and sing-along video only because I love this song and want to share it. Nothing to do with how I feel right now. Just FYI. :)

Blood and Immunology Block Quiz Today
The quiz ended at around 9.40 A.M. just now. Phew...what a relief now that it's over. It turned out to be not that hard. Quite easy, in fact. But history has taught me that easy questions might still lead to frustration if you hope too high. So, let's just humbly hope everyone did OK and will get what we all deserve. It's time to focus on preparing for EOB 3 Exam which will be held in early January. So, Christmas and New Year week will actually be our study week. What a perfect New Year gift, huh? ^0^
So...now I have quite a number of things I need to settle. I must finish watching the dramas that I haven't watched till the end. OK..maybe I'll try to. No promises! Must complete downloading Arashi's albums and singles. (Yay! This is so exciting!) Then, maybe I'll consider downloading albums by other groups or singers. Oh yeah..I must return back the Koizora DVD that I borrowed from Ku and the Gamelan music CD that belongs to Azhar. Those discs have been in my bag all this while but I often forgot to give them back. Gome..gome! Speaking of discs...I still haven't got my missing DVDs back. :( I'm still hoping to get them back someday. Hopefully, soon. And of course, studying for exam is like a duh-do-I-have-to-remind-about-that. xD
And yes!!! Christmas will be here soon! Don't forget Aiba-san's birthday on Christmas eve.

What I'm Thankful for This Year
Thanksgiving has past and Christmas is coming!!! Every year, there must be some things that everyone has gone through and is grateful for. I have things that I'm grateful for, too. It has been quite a year. Thank God for making things feel alright one way or another!
So...after some thinking and reflecting, these are the things that I'm especially thankful for:
- my supportive, though sometimes a little annoying, family ;)
- my good friends :)
- my dearest Arashi (and other great groups too, of course)
- my gadgets, particularly my cellphones, laptop, and mp3/ mp4 players
- my DVDs that have been entertaining me
- my comics that I'm kind of addicted to now
- the food that I love to indulge in at random times
- the drinks that have been super refreshing
- the air that I breathe (of course, right?)
- the notes that have been adding up my knowledge
- my ATM card that has always been with me when I really need it
- the great gifts that I have received from my family and friends
- my adorable stuffed animals that I have been hugging for good sleep
- the TV in the living room
- the radio in the car
- the songs that I truly enjoy listening to
- the internet that has made it possible to stay in touch and updated
- the shopping malls that make the perfect getaways after a hectic routine
- the couches and bed that have been so comfortable
Hontou ni arigatou!

Dinner with Friends and Girls' Day Out
Today's Jon's 20th birthday!! So he's also 20 now. :) Last night, Jon, Cal, Chien, Reb, Vel, Ling, and I dined out at Vogue. Nice place and classy food. I'd show the pictures here but I haven't got the pictures from my friends yet.
Today, after our half-day clinical class, we decided to go to the cinema to watch Ninja Assassin. And by "we", I meant Chien, Reb, Vel, and I. It was a pretty good movie. Lots of intense violent-like scenes but in the way they should be. Besides, Korean pop sensation, Rain, is in it. After the movie, we went to buy a birthday cake for Jon. Then, we shopped for his present. After that, we surprised Jon at his rented house. Danial was there too. The cake was yummy.
So, that was about it. A good day today. Ehh~ tomorrow's class and practical..huhu... Then, there will be a quiz next week. So.....let's just keep going! Yah!! Ganbarimasu!

In Case I'll Forget What I Was Up To Last Month
- went to the bookstore a few times (Note: Bought at least 2 different comics at one time.)
- bought one or two JDrama DVDs (Note: As expected, I haven't watched them till finish yet.)
- watched Arashi's videos, listened to Arashi's songs, saved Arashi's pictures, downloaded Arashi's stuff excessively (Note: I couldn't stop...for real! xD)
- joined Sho-Beat and Jun Online (Note: It has always been my responsibility to keep promoting them and participate in things related.)
- overslept (Note: Oh yeah! For some reason, I felt sleepy really easily. Was it because of the coffee that was actually a milder one than the one I was used to?)
- seemed to be ignorant of an individual (Note: One, blame it on my sleepiness. Two, I got a little tired of the same old story. Three, whatever...) Gomen, ne... :(
- Riida's 29th birthday (Note: Referring to Arashi's Ohno Satoshi.)
- trimmed my hair (Note: Finally!! I hate split-ends!)
- got my exam results (Note: Good thing I passed. To improve is a must.)

Since Their Albums and Singles are not Sold Here...

This is great...really. Not in a sarcastic way but truly it is great. I've got this link to Japanese Music Dream site from shobeat.webs.com. There, I can download Arashi's albums and singles. It may take some time but it's working. Here...
Oh ya...I have a rehearsal this evening for a friend's baptism at St. Peter's. The actual ceremony will be held during tomorrow's sunset mass.

"...and the 7th thing i like the most that you do..."
Down there, it's just a video I made consisting of clips and pictures on the top 7 reasons I love them so much.
Here are my reasons:
1. Cameras love them!
2. They don't give up easily.
3. They're such kids at heart.
4. They're never afraid to show their emotions.
5. They're great dancers.
6. Whatever they do, they're in it together.
7. They sing together in melody.
I even inserted 7 Things by Miley Cyrus for the opening song and Hey Stephen by Taylor Swift for the closing song. Nice! ;)
And seriously...if you aren't familiar with this group yet, do check them out.

Note to God Lyrics (Re)mixed
The song Not to God by Jojo. Just for the fun of it, I mix the English lyrics with the translated Japanese lyrics. ^^ It's not 100% correct, I think. Pretty sure about that. Nice to see, though.

Missing DVDs :'(
You know.....OK, maybe you didn't know but I have some DVDs missing. To be more exact, I've lost track of where they might be at. Huhu...I miss them. Maybe I've misplaced a few but I'm sure there are some that are out there at someone else's place. The problem is, I have no idea with who. So, if you happen to find any of my DVDs, please kindly return them to me. :( And if you haven't watched them, go on and enjoy watching. :)

The (Quite) Many Hairstyles of Mine
Starting from a few years ago, I became quite a regular costumer of one particular salon near my neighbourhood. I went to other salons too but not as often. Ironic enough, I haven't gone to any salon for quite some time now. Hoho...bz bh. Maybe later..hope so. Thinking of re-highlighting. Someday..

We'll see what else I'll try next. :p
Oh...by the way, the correct spelling is s-a-l-o-n, NOT s-a-l-o-o-n!! The latter means a place to drink, like a bar, usually used in the U.K. -.-" Please do not repeat the same spelling mistake. Tolong la...
K...take care!

The Best Riida Ever!!!

He leads best by not leading at all. Well, that's what the other members have been saying about him. But really, Ohno Satoshi-san (turning 29 this November! ^^) is one heck of a leader. He's the eldest in the group, yet people would likely think that he's the youngest if they see them together for the first time. He is loved due to his mysterious yet innocent personality. They're all funny and adorable, though. They're kids at heart. We love them so much for that. Like...of course. You've got to see them yourself to understand and believe that.
I watched this and fell HARD for Riida all over again. My favourite singer, my favourite dancer, my favourite Riida...
He's amazing in this solo performance. What a dancer he is, too. He choreographed this one by himself. Sugoi, ne..
I pray: Please let Arashi last for a longer time. We haven't had enough of them and we need them. Hontou ni arigatou, ne, Kami-sama! Arashi wo daisuki itsumademo.
Now, need to study! Exam!!! Please pass...please pass...please pass...

A Must-See Story-like PV
Here's something quite new and different from Arashi for their PV (promotional video a.k.a. music video, MV). It's for their new single entitled My Girl. This song is used as the theme song for Aiba's latest drama of the same name. In the drama, "my girl" refers to the daughter of Aiba's character. But in this particular PV, it's a whole different story line.
You see...the story in this PV is that the five of them were brothers. (I know...how cool is that?!! ^o^) Their mom had just passed away. So, they were tidying and packing things up to move out of the house and live with their dad somewhere else. As they were putting away their stuff in boxes, they found the old things they used to treasure so much when they were younger. One of them found a letter written by their mom before she passed away. The important message in the letter was that their mom stated that she would be watching over them at the house even when she was gone. And so...they thought about it and decided that they would rather stay at the house for the moment 'cos they wanted to stay close to their mom...figuratively. So, "my girl" in the PV refers to their mom.
P/S: Mati2 sy ingat drama My Girl mmg psl dorg lima jd brothers o sma mcm dlm PV tu. Rupa2nya lain crita. Huhu...if only the story in the PV really become a drama starred by all five of them. I would really love to watch that. A lot of their fans would! We're crossing our fingers for that. Onegaishimasu..*
So, in the video:
At the very beginning, the background sounds were four of them talking while packing things.
Ohno: You guys, quit fooling around! We have to get things ready before dad gets here.
Sho: We are working!
Nino: We're doing our job well.
Jun: Why aren't you working too? Stop acting like an older brother all of a sudden.
Ohno: Why? You have a problem with that?
Nino: We're just saying that you should work too. Come, carry this!
--

The sign that Aiba took off from near their front door was their family name's sign. They were the Maiga family. Get it?? Maiga = my girl..? It wrote "fifth son...fourth son...third son...second son...first son..." which was, of course, a representative of "Ohno...Sho...Aiba...Nino...Jun...". The age arrangement is just like in real life, right? ^^
--
What Sho, Jun, and Nino were writing on the piece of paper.. The paper was a plan of their new house, by the way.

Sho wrote "second son", implying that the bigger room would be his room.
Jun cancelled that and wrote "fifth son" 'cos he wanted the same room.
Then, Sho cancelled the number "5" and re-wrote "2".
Nino came along and wrote "fourth son" at the smaller room. (Wasn't he sweet??)
--
The photos that were often shown in the PV were photos of their deceased mom. Here's an interesting fact about those photos that could make people laugh or smirk while watching the touching PV. Their mom's pictures were the combination of the facial features of them five. xD

Considering what some have stated, I think it's like this:
The facial outline was Ohno's.
The eyes were Sho's.
The nose was Aiba's.
The mouth was Nino's.
The chin was Jun's.
xD
--

The letter that was written by their mom read something like this:
"You guys were born as our children. You will grow up and move out to do what you want to do. When that time comes, go for it. But I'll be watching over you from this house."
Touching... :'(
--

At the end of the PV, Jun texted their dad:
"Dad, we want to still live in this house with mom. So, we've decided not to move out."
They're awesome!!

The chin was Jun's.
xD

The letter that was written by their mom read something like this:
"You guys were born as our children. You will grow up and move out to do what you want to do. When that time comes, go for it. But I'll be watching over you from this house."
Touching... :'(

At the end of the PV, Jun texted their dad:
"Dad, we want to still live in this house with mom. So, we've decided not to move out."
They're awesome!!
