How My Body Deals with Depression

ok...so i ALWAYS feel nervous or anxious whenever exam is over. yes, it's when it's over, not so much when it's going on. of course, it would be because of the upcoming result. and mind you, medicine exams (and quizzes) are NEVER EASY! i repeat, NEVER EASY! there are times when they are alright but many many many times, they are potentially heart-stopping.

HOWEVER... i know that, to some top medical students, it's a whole different story. to them, it's usually rather easy. the only reason they complain after an exam would be because they thought they wouldn't manage to get an A or A-. (-.-)" but i love them, though. (just a friendly figure of speech..) since we're friends. but seriously...it can get a little annoying. i mean, can't you see those who are not as mathematical-logically intelligent as you are?! people vary in terms of their skills and intelligences, ok. there are...how many...eight..nine..types of intelligences in this world. so, be considerate. i know sometimes, you can't help it but just try.

so back to my post!
recently, i've been sleeping or napping without caring what time of the day it is. i just continue to doze off. it's like i'd rather stay in the imaginative dreamland, than to face reality. fear of the unknown builds up. poor heart of mine...i could totally feel it pumping in a tachycardiac manner. i'm lucky that i have a strong heart. :) and all the sleeping pass mealtimes or TV-times or chit-chatting times went on for more than a day.
SO THE CONCLUSION IS.....my body reacts to depressing situations by going into hibernation mode. it shuts down temporarily. as if it doesn't care anymore about what's going on around. please note that depression isn't similar to stress in this case. stress is before and during a particular event.

p/s: this was supposed to be posted several days ago but i was still heavily nurturing myself back to real world at that time.
