I'm on MSN Malaysia's article!

I'm on one of the articles on MSN Malaysia!  Hahahaha...

Well, it's not a big deal since it's a brief article that compiles some of the entries for Golden Disk Awards (GDA) in Malaysia last time.  As one of the sponsors of GDA, MSN held a contest, where K-pop fans were asked to impress them through creative photos and prove that they're the biggest K-pop supporters.  I wasn't one of the winners.  The odd of winning was low considering that only three out of over 500 participants were to be chosen.  But there was another benefit of joining apart from the mere chance to win, in my personal view.  By participating, I felt like it was one way to channel my passion for K-pop with a touch of creativity.  Plus, it was fun!  But the clearing up part was not too fun since it was way past midnight when I completed my 'photoshoot'.  LOL  I almost decided to just sleep in the midst of my K-pop albums and merchandises on the bed.  Nevertheless, I'm glad I participated because I see it as a way for me to polish my talent skill as a fan.

Since MSN was so impressed (They said it la, not me.) by the passion and creativity of K-pop fans in Malaysia, MSN compiled a number of the entries (24 entries, to be exact) and show them in an article entitled "MSN readers impress with K-pop love for GDA contest".

I screenshot the part with my submission to show that I participated and that MSN was freakin' impressed with my submission that they decided to show it to the world.

I captioned this picture as "...and the princess lives happily in her prosperous K-pop kingdom".
I snapped this in my actual room.
As you can see, clearing up the items from my bed and keeping them back in their respective boxes wouldn't be easy.

Peace~

My Love for Arashi Is Well-Accepted by My Family ;)

yatta!!

ne~~ in today's newspaper, Arashi appeared (again) in the Asian Celebrities section. that's the only section i look forward to whenever daddy brings home the newspaper. and the headline was about Arashi breaking double DVD sales records. yay! they've reached the highest ever DVD sales, for music concert DVD, and drama DVD. as some of you might have already known, the music concert DVD is for their 5x10 Anniversary Concert Tour. (guess what? i'm one of those who contributed to the sales. ;p) the drama DVD is for their Saigo no Yakusoku drama SP. remember? the drama SP is about a building being hijacked, and the 5 of them happen to be in that building. i didn't buy the drama DVD but i watched it first hand through Keyhole TV when it first premiered in Japan. i loved it! there were no translations or subtitles but i understood the whole story. :D

my dad was the one who read the newspaper in a bank, and he told me about it. then, he bought the same newspaper. :) *sigh delightfully* yup! it's not a secret that i'm a devotee of Arashi. my family absolutely knew it already. and they've come to like Arashi more and more too! so desu yo! uwa~ sugoi ne~

Watch Them, Listen To Them, Drool Over Them, 'Wear' Them Too!

T-shirt designing is pretty common these days. Anyone can have the chance to put whatever they'd like to see (and wear) onto a t-shirt. That's a good thing, isn't it? It's one of the many ways we can express ourselves, show what we're passionate about, or simply display our creative side. Well, I've tried to make some and...here they are. These are not necessarily the final design, though. And I have one little favor to ask you.....if you have any suggestions or ideas to make it look better, PLEASE tell. Thanks! Just for the record, I intentionally keep my designs simple yet expressive enough. It's the thoughts that matter the most, right?

Well, that's about it. Like I stated before, I might change a little, just so you know. If you have the time and interest to design your own, go ahead. In case you need some blank t-shirt images to get started, here you go:

Have fun!

My 2nd Edition

I've decided to recreate my blogger account due to some inevitable glitches to the old one. *So sad...* So, let's hope this one will be just fine.

Hmm...when I came think about it, I thought this is it! I've always wanted to be one of those who pretty much dedicate their blogs to their favourite personnel or something like that. Well, I want one too but of course, I won't limit it to the things I like or am into only. Speaking of which, let me just briefly state what the "things" I'm into currently. * synical grin* I'm going to be a little bias here and focus A LOT more on a particular topic, namely entertainment...JPop entertainment...specifically Johnny Jimusho (BTW jimusho = entertainment)... ^_^

1) Arashi

From left: Matsumoto Jun, Ninomiya Kazunari, Aiba Masaki, Sakurai Sho, Ohno Satoshi

Why I love them:
- They're always adorably dorky in their TV appearances, whether they plan to be so or not.
- They're very talented in singing, dancing, and acting . (Woah! A triple threat!)
- This group has been together for 10 amazing years since they officially debuted. But they've been recruited into Johnny's agency way before that.
- They can be randomly whacky yet amusing in some of their music videos (Note: Kotoba Yori Taisetsu Na Mono, Naisu Na Kokoroiri, Hadashi No Mirai, Happiness etc.)
- In some videos, they look SUPER cool and charming. (Note: Love So Sweet, Hero, Truth, Kaze No Mukou E etc.)
- My personal favourite: Sakurai Sho-san #_#

2) KAT-TUN

From top left: Akanishi Jin, Tanaka Koki, Taguchi Junnosuke, Nakamaru Yuichi, Kamenashi Kazuya, Ueda Tatsuya

Why I love them:
- Just their group name, KAT-TUN, carries the meaning that all six of them are truly the members of it. FYI, KAT-TUN is the acronym of their respective surnames (K - Kamenashi, A - Akanishi, T - Taguchi, T - Tanaka, U - Ueda, N - Nakamaru).
- They also sing, dance, and act VERY well. Or at least to some people, just watching them at their movies or dramas is a rewarding pleasure itself.
- They've got some really meaningful songs that they've pulled of well. (Note: Precious One, Never Again, White Christmas...)
- All six of them complement each other with their distinctive personalities and attitude.
- My personal favourite: Ueda Tatsuya-san *_*

3) NEWS

From left: Kato Shigeaki, Masuda Takahisa, Nishikido Ryo, Yamashita Tomohisa, Tegoshi Yuya, Koyama Keiichiro

Why I love them:
- All of them have grown a lot after their one-year hiatus in 2006. Their comeback showed their maturity in aspects covering their singing, dancing, actions and looks.
- Their voices seem to be very addictive. When you listen to one song by them, you'll feel like wanting more. Unless, of course, you don't like JPop at all.
- Watching them all fooling around and messing with each other in their videos is purely mesmerising. They're all little kids at heart, you know.
- Their special unit named Tegomass, consisting of Tegoshi Yuya and Masuda Takahisa, is also amazing. Doing Miso Soup in English version was a genius thing to do. It made them recognised even more internationally.
- What's not to love about these hot cuties?
- My personal favourite: Masuda Takahisa-san @_@

So, if you have any comment on any of them or you just want to voice out something, feel free OK.

Johnny Jimusho itsumademo...!!! Yosh!

See ya in another post soon! Ja na...
